04 Sep Property Woman of the Year 2017
We are delighted to announce that on Friday 7th July our Head of Property Management, Emily Orner, won the prestigious ARMA Property Woman of the Year award at their inaugural “ACE” Awards at Tobacco Dock in London.
The Awards were introduced to celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, their suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders across the country. Candidates were shortlisted by a panel of 15 industry professionals from Companies all over the UK.
Dr Nigel Glen, ARMA CEO, said: “The quality of entries has been outstanding, setting the standard for companies that wish to be recognised for achieving excellence, best practice in their field, and ultimately leading to the improvement in the lives of leaseholders.”
Candidates were shortlisted by a panel of 15 industry professionals from Companies all over the UK and Friday night saw Property Management Companies and Suppliers come together to hear the winners announced. Against 4 other highly regarded women in the property sector, we are pleased to confirm that Emily was announced as the winner and received a lovely glass award which has pride of place in our office next to her IRPM Fellow and AssocRICS Certificates.
This is a major achievement for someone so young, facing competition from nominees from large national companies. Here at SPL Property Management, we are extremely proud of Emily’s achievement and we look forward to seeing her continue to flourish and grow our business.
