17 May More properties, more staff, more service!
It has been a busy start to 2018. We are delighted to have been appointed on over 10 new properties; to have employed 4 new members of staff; and to have expanded our maintenance services.
Charlotte Atkinson joined us in December 2017, just in time for our Christmas party (!). Charlotte is a Property Manager with a wide range of experience which she brings to the Company and to her portfolio of properties. Since joining Charlotte has passed her IRPM Foundation Exam and is on track to sit her Associate Exam in September this year.
Rosie Sykes joined our accounts team in January 2018 and was quickly faced with the reconciliation of our designated bank accounts. Rosie’s detailed approach to the handling of the service charges has greatly benefited the team and she is helping our Apprentice Property Manager develop his accounting skills.
We are pleased to confirm that two further members of staff will be joining us in the next few weeks.
Our maintenance team now has a third van on the road. This is fully equipped with a water tank and window cleaning equipment, a steam cleaner, gutter vacuum, gardening equipment and all tools needed to be able to fully service our properties. Our maintenance services provide value for money with a number of jobs being carried out in the same visit.
We have welcomed many new properties into our portfolio already this year including a lovely block on Burton Road, Poole, yet another block on Wellington Road in Bournemouth and two prestigious properties in Sandbanks. We are delighted to have further enquiries in the pipeline and the promise of more blocks to follow.
